Friday's Pay Day Picks

We have moved Thursday's Throw down to Friday now so the Formula can get Friday's Injury Report. This should help us be more accurate on the picks as for last week we went 8-6 ATS and Straight Up. It has been an exciting Football season thus far with unpredictability everywhere but we are trying to help make it little more predictable for you, of course this is for fun and we do not promote gambling.

To see al the formula's picks go to www.league-legends.com and click on the informer.

Game 1.

Washington @ Detroit -2.5

Winner: Washington - The Redskins came off a horrid offensive game against the Bears but found a way to win that game with their defense. The offense will not have to play a stout defense like the Bears and could be one of the games that Washington puts it all together and plays a complete game; offense, defense and special teams. The Lions should have Stafford back but he is only in his second year and has been injured for most of his career thus far, so not sure how rusty he will be but he will have to be careful with the ball. Lions will have problems moving the ball and scoring will be low for them, but the X-Factor is Calvin Johnson he can make a big play at anytime so look for double coverage on him most the game.

Game 2.

Tennessee @ San Diego -3.5

Winner: Tennessee - I really do not like picking away teams a whole bunch but I feel comfortable in this sport because San Diego is just not as good as we thought they were going to be. They put the running game on the shoulders of a Rookie and is not turning out well for them, the WR corp is not well polished and Phillip Rivers cannot win games all by himself. I think in this years Chargers typical fashion they will make this a close game but Tennessee will prove to be to much for them. Have to face it guys these are not the Chargers that we grew accustomed to.
Game 3.

Minnesota @ NY Jets - 5.5

Winner: NY Jets- This will be an easy touchdown win if not more win for the NY Jets, they run the ball real well and Sanchez has been making quality starts that makes it hard to stop their offense of late. The biggest key though will be the NY Jets defense of course, that will have Revis ready to go and could have Jackson starting at QB for Minnesota, which might not be a bad thing he might not throw as many picks as Favre would/will if he plays. Look for a nice all around game for the Jets coming off the Bye week.

Here are 3 of the games that has been put through "The Formula" that I agreed with but to see all the Formula's picks and compare them against yours just go to http://www.league-legends.com/ and go to the Informer.
